The Iceland Academy of the Arts seeks to recruit a Teacher of Contemporary Dance
The position of Teacher of Contemporary Dance in the Department of Theatre and Dance, with the rank of assistant professor, associate professor or professor, is now open for applications. The applicant should be a creative artist, such as a choreographer or a dancer, and should have taught at accredited art academies in the past.
A Master’s degree in Dance or compatible degree is required, or the equivalent in terms of knowledge and experience.
Applications and related documents should be submitted no later than Friday, 15 January 2010, to the Iceland Academy of the Arts, main office, Skipholt 1, 105 Reykjavík.
